We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Guildford Spectrum. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic catering area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Operate catering equipment effectively and safely, ensuring high standards of hygiene throughout all catering outlets.
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and hours.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
