We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Guildford Spectrum. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic catering area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Operate catering equipment effectively and safely, ensuring high standards of hygiene throughout all catering outlets and the centre.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, handling customer contact and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a genuine commitment to teamwork and a high level of responsibility, flexibility, enthusiasm, and motivation.
- Experience of working in a catering or café/restaurant role.
- A genuine team player with a high level of responsibility, flexibility, enthusiasm, and motivation.
