Transforming Marine Development with Expertise

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Marine Associate Director to lead our growing portfolio of high-profile marine projects. As a key member of our Environmental Impact (EIA) team, you will work closely with technical experts to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary environmental inputs across marine projects
  • Manage the preparation of EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments, and supporting documents
  • Ensure quality deliverables and compliance with quality management procedures
  • Make effective use of project management skills, managing resources and budgets
  • Collaborate with integrated teams to improve environmental outcomes
  • Manage client relationships, internal teams, and subcontractors

Requirements:

  • Detailed understanding of marine consenting and licensing regimes in the UK and Ireland
  • Project management skills, including programming, staff resource, and budget management
  • Commitment to innovation and continuing professional development
  • Interest in line management duties and staff mentoring
  • Developing skills in leading business development opportunities
  • Efficient verbal and report writing skills, including technical reviewing
