Transforming Marine Development with Expertise
AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Marine Associate Director to lead our growing portfolio of high-profile marine projects. As a key member of our Environmental Impact (EIA) team, you will work closely with technical experts to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary environmental inputs across marine projects
- Manage the preparation of EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments, and supporting documents
- Ensure quality deliverables and compliance with quality management procedures
- Make effective use of project management skills, managing resources and budgets
- Collaborate with integrated teams to improve environmental outcomes
- Manage client relationships, internal teams, and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Detailed understanding of marine consenting and licensing regimes in the UK and Ireland
- Project management skills, including programming, staff resource, and budget management
- Commitment to innovation and continuing professional development
- Interest in line management duties and staff mentoring
- Developing skills in leading business development opportunities
- Efficient verbal and report writing skills, including technical reviewing
