About the Position: SoCode Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Junior IT Infrastructure Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new hardware and software components, and maintaining accurate records of IT documentation, asset management, and inventory tracking.

Duties:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues efficiently.
  2. Implement new technology solutions to improve IT infrastructure performance.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  4. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless operation of IT infrastructure.
  5. Participate in training programs to expand your knowledge in IT support and security.
