Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Telephone Collections Officer to join our contact centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, negotiating payment arrangements, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers and provide options for resolving outstanding debts.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their financial situations and provide tailored solutions.
  • Update customer records and ensure accurate information is maintained.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
