**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Support Professional to join our team in Axminster. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team. You will also possess a strong understanding of the importance of promoting independence and well-being in individuals who require support.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this role is £12.29 per hour, plus a night enhancement of 50p per hour. In addition to your basic pay, you will also receive premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Senior Support Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encouraging and supporting individuals to participate in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in care and support, ideally with experience working with individuals with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and individuals who require support
  • A strong understanding of the importance of promoting independence and well-being in individuals who require support
