Care Worker

We are a leading care home provider with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support. Our team of dedicated professionals work tirelessly to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, and we are now seeking a Care Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will assist residents with daily living tasks, provide emotional support and companionship, and help create a positive and welcoming environment in our care home. Key responsibilities include supporting residents with food and drink, following individual care plans, and providing one-to-one time for residents.
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents. The ideal candidate will have a 'can-do' approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to empathise with others.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from free learning and development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
