**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Behaviour Manager to join our team at a specialist school in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will have experience in managing the behaviour of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The Behaviour Manager will work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to deliver a holistic approach to student development and well-being. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective behavioural interventions, maintaining open communication channels between staff members, and collaborating with the Team Leader to adapt behaviour support plans.
