Senior Learning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Specialist to join our team at Hansen Technologies. As a key member of our training team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative software product and services training solutions to our customers, employees, and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Training Delivery: Assist in the delivery of Hansen Software deliverables to clients and associated project implementations.
- Learning Consultancy: Work as part of a team to design appropriate solutions for Hansen's Software Delivery and Database Services, advising the business on the best option to suit the learning needs.
- Content Development: Support the development and review of both Instructor Led and eLearning content deliverables, following global best practices, content development standards, adult learning theories, and Hansen Software brand standards.
- Lab Environment Maintenance: Timely support updating learning material and AWS based lab environment based on upcoming product releases.
- Certification Exam Design: Design certification exams that are IT driven, practical lab tasks, and different types of assessment questions, following different theories, principles, and models of assessment.
- Highly enthusiastic individual with prior experience as a Software Developer or as an IT driven Learning & Development specialist.
- Technical Degree in Computer Science or related with training certifications, including CTP, CTDP, or equivalent designations.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development or previous experience as a hands-on Software Developer, combined with a background in adult learning methodologies and the Outcomes Based Educational domain.
- Delivering and compilation of needs assessments, gap analysis, and post-course evaluations, with previous experience as a university professor or as an instructor in higher education.
- Instructional design/development for creating new learning solutions in a technical IT driven market, with a technology background or in Software Development and/or Database Management and Administration.
