Job Title: Senior Learning Specialist

Publicis Groupe UK is a leading business and marketing transformation partner with a global presence. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Specialist to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the L&D team in achieving our strategic learning objectives. This will involve providing strategic input and key support across our entire L&D remit, including management of programmes and training session enrolments/reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic input and key support across our entire L&D remit
  • Manage programmes and training session enrolments/reporting
  • Liaise and partner with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Oversee and manage several programmes/projects
  • Develop trusted relationships across Publicis Groupe UK
  • Provide on the ground insight to support the learning experience and engagement
  • Support succession planning and client business growth and retention
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the business capabilities and needs of our agencies/practices
  • Ability to apply DEI principles into all training elements
  • Experience in managing medium-large projects with complete ownership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
