We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Engineer/Designer to join our team at Lancashire County Council. As a key member of our Digital Services team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion services with a focus on HCM or ERP and/or Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Oracle Fusion services, ensuring supportability, usability, and efficiency in the delivered solution.
  • Work with customers to ensure that we are delivering the best quality service to support the people of Lancashire.
  • Mentor junior staff and support colleagues in other parts of Digital Services.
  • Engage in 'change managed' implementation activities such as data migrations, installations, testing, and upgrades.
Requirements:
  • At least three years' commercial experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM or reports.
  • Experience with IT Service Management and ITIL methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and involve other technical SMEs within Digital Services.
  • Able to form close working relationships with stakeholders such as Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Customers, and our Assurance and Quality Control Teams.
