Lancashire County Council is currently recruiting for an experienced, creative, and pro-active Oracle Fusion Designer/Engineer to support and improve Oracle Fusion services. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for the design of smaller solutions, resolution of more complex incidents and changes, and acting as a point of escalation for the Functional Analysts in the team.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with customers to ensure the delivery of the best quality service to support the people of Lancashire.
- Engage in 'change managed' implementation activities such as small configuration changes, testing, and upgrades.
- Mentor junior staff and support colleagues in other parts of Digital Services.
Requirements and Skills
- At least one year's experience working with Oracle Fusion.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and involve other subject matter experts within Digital Services.
- Able to form close working relationships with stakeholders such as business analysts, project managers, customers, and our assurance and quality control teams.
- Able to present a professional image that reflects the values of Digital Services and Lancashire County Council.
Benefits
