Job Title: Sustainable Design Leader BA Honours Product Design

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainable Design Leader to join our team at Central Saint Martins. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our BA Product and Industrial Design course, which is committed to exploring product design as a practice encompassing the fields of FMCG, furniture, consumer products, and service design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic overview and strategic leadership across stages of BA Product and Industrial Design
  • Coordinate monitoring and provide pastoral and academic support to students
  • Engage with the process and parity of assessment and feedback

Location: CSM - King's Cross, London UK
Salary: £50,961.00 - £61,398.00 pro rata per annum
Contract: Permanent
Term: Part time – 14.8 hours per week

As a Sustainable Design Leader, you will be responsible for the operational and academic management of the course, working closely with the course team to ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of the course curriculum and assessment strategies.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about sustainable design and has a strong track record of teaching and academic leadership. You will be an excellent communicator and team player, with the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
