Childcare Professional

Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to support students with their learning development in a classroom environment. This role involves working closely with the class teachers to deliver lessons effectively, setting up creative and stimulating environments for young students, and supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting, a Level 3 Early Years, Childcare or relevant qualification, and experience supporting children with SEN. A bubbly, passionate personality and genuine interest in student support are also essential.
This position offers a competitive salary of £95-£105 per annum and is based in Kingston, KT10. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be part of a dynamic team that values student support and progression.
