Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Childcare and Education Mentor to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN and be passionate about supporting their learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to children with SEN
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Collaborate with the SEN team and classroom teacher to ensure effective strategies
- Monitor and record progress and provide feedback
