Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Expert to join our team at Bristol Myers Squibb. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. You will perform the preparation and review of legal entity profitability for forecasting and actuals, including the calculation of profitability adjustments.

You will also support markets with complex regulatory environments and demanding tax/statutory audit requirements. Additionally, you will assist in setting short-term and long-term goals aligned with the CoE's objectives and oversee the establishment of standardized processes for global statutory and legal entity accounting.

Excellent relationship management skills, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset are essential for this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or recognized professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA) required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Finance experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferred.
  • Additional European language beyond business fluent English, would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in Statutory & Legal Entity Reporting, required.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
