Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Amazon. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on release timelines and test readiness.
  2. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of our products and services.
  3. Evolve team methodologies for implementing, testing, and deploying solutions.
  4. Prepare and distribute test reports and release readiness reports for stakeholder review.
  5. Actively contribute to QA support functions, including triage, issue resolution, and production release testing.

A Day in the Life:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work closely with our development team to ensure the quality of our products and services. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer who has a strong understanding of software development and testing principles. You should have experience working with development teams, testing software, and ensuring the quality of products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with test case management tools, issue management tools, and development environments. Knowledge of wireless connectivity technologies, such as WIFI, Bluetooth, and ZWave. Shows creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness.
