About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Academics Ltd. This individual will work closely with students aged 4-19 who require additional support due to SEMH needs, trauma, anxiety, OCD, and behavioural issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide emotional support and guidance to students, helping them overcome challenges and develop coping strategies
  • To establish positive relationships with students, promoting trust and understanding
  • To identify risks and needs, escalating concerns when necessary
  • To contribute to the development of individualised support plans, ensuring tailored interventions
Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding
  • The ability to remain calm in challenging situations
  • An awareness of mental health and its impact on individuals
What We Offer

This role comes with an estimated salary of £85-£110 per day, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4pm, term time only. As part of our commitment to staff development, we offer excellent on-site training, support, and CPD.
