We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at 24-7 Recruitment Services in Daventry. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate storage and retrieval of stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in accurately picking customer orders, completing stock rotations and replenishing stock;
  • To perform any other reasonable task as requested by more senior staff;

Requirements:

  • Forklift license and experience desired but not necessary;
  • Strong organisational skills with professional and clear communication skills;
  • Positive attitude with high levels of commitment, motivation, and flexibility;
  • Eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision;
  • Strong numeracy skills;
  • Ability to work flexibly to cover shifts and work to tight deadlines;
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety and safe working practices.
