Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated consultant to join our senior leadership team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting high-quality service delivery to our clients, developing and growing our team, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Consultancy Services: Develop and deliver high-quality consultancy services to our clients in the defence and public sector real estate markets.
  • Lead and Manage Project Teams: Lead and manage project teams to deliver services effectively, achieve commercial targets, and develop technical capabilities.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Lead Business Development Activities: Lead business development activities, including writing proposals, supporting tender submissions, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
Requirements
  • Experience in Public and Private Sectors: Experience of working in public and private sectors delivering transformational change in major programmes.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, including experience of leading and managing project teams, developing and implementing business strategies, and driving business growth.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, including experience of financial management, commercial negotiation, and contract management.
