Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join their Perinatal Team in North England.
Salary: £26,000 per month (based on 20 hours of work per week)
Job Summary:This is a rewarding opportunity to work with individuals with mental health needs, providing person-centred care and support. As a CPN, you will assess needs, plan, and deliver care from assessment to discharge, working closely with service users, carers, and other professionals.
The role involves implementing and evaluating care plans, providing individualised care and support, and empowering and supporting service users' recovery journey.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:- Assessing needs and developing care plans
- Delivering care from assessment to discharge
- Implementing and evaluating care plans
- Working with mental health service users in community settings
- Advocating for service users
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
- Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse
- NMC Registration
