Job Summary:

Castle View Personnel Careers is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Inverness on a part-time basis. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring timely recording of all financial transactions.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, with proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles.
  • You possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • You have strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • You are an effective communicator and team player, with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.

The Role:

  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accounted for.
  • Process payroll and manage employee expenses.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £28,000 pro rata, based on experience.
  • A part-time schedule of approximately 20-24 hours per week, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements.
