Job Title: Social Care Expert

Social Worker - Children with Disabilities Team

We are seeking a dedicated Social Care Expert to join our team, providing expert support to children with complex disabilities and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess post-qualification experience in working with children with disabilities and their families, managing complex and diverse caseloads.

About the Role:

  • Deliver and provide social work services to children with complex disabilities and their families.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of children with disabilities and their families.
  • Collaborate closely with health, education, and voluntary sector partners.
  • Provide regular high-quality supervision and support to colleagues.
  • Work flexible hours to meet the needs of service users.

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, plus benefits package.
  • A £6,000 welcome bonus, retention bonus, and Social Work England registration costs reimbursed.
