About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Store Keeper to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Part Time Store Keeper, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.
- Coach and mentor team members to build their operational and leadership skills, ensuring they have the capability to deliver above and beyond in their role.
- Lead the team in driving trade activity, using expertise and knowledge to grow sales and maximize profit.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer experience.
- Ensure the safety of colleagues and customers, and maintain a secure and compliant store environment.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and identify opportunities to innovate and improve store performance.
