Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in Bournemouth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be a key member of our retail team, working closely with our visual merchandising team to create engaging store displays and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of our retail strategy, driving sales growth and customer engagement.
- Customer Experience: Deliver best-in-class customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Commercial: Manage the store's P&L, driving sales growth and profitability.
- Operations: Ensure the store is staffed efficiently, manage stock levels, and maintain a high standard of store presentation.
- People: Lead and develop your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a premium fashion brand.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive sales growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Passion for the Finisterre brand and values.
- A competitive salary, circa £28,500 - £32,000.
