We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth handling of goods and materials.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage inventory levels, including receipting, counting, and data entry into our ERP system.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring stock movements and control are accurately recorded.
  3. Allocate stock and kit components into work packages, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  4. Ensure the traceability of goods and materials, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  5. Prepare materials for shipping and receive goods after external processing, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  6. Pack goods for dispatch according to industry standards or customer requirements.
  7. Book couriers and dispatch goods, ensuring compliance with export regulations.
  8. Perform general maintenance activities, including equipment checks and repairs.
  9. Drive company vehicles as required, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  10. Perform additional tasks as required by line management, supporting the team in achieving our goals.

Requirements:

  • Forklift License (desirable but not essential)
  • English and Maths, GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent)
  • Previous warehouse experience (not essential)

Skills and Abilities:

  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Computer Literate (MS Office Packages)
  • Multi-Skilled
  • Good Communicator
