About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at RBW Consulting. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day delivery of projects for allocated accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including medical writing and project management, to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in a medical communications agency, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Excellent client-facing and project management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
