About This Role

This is a high-profile role for an experienced International Architectural Project Manager to join our Global Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple international capital projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver corporate offices across the globe.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in design and execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and performance measures to drive departmental efficiency.
  • Negotiate contract pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors, ensuring best technical and cost-effective solutions.
  • Establish and oversee standard practices, processes, and conventions to ensure quality and interoperability among diverse facilities.

Requirements

  • Advanced AutoCAD skills, PMP certification, and MCR designation are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 10 years of detailed design and full lifecycle project management experience in commercial office space construction.
  • Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of architectural design, MEP coordination, and construction management.
  • Ability to travel to locations across the international portfolio.

Salary Range:$150,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
