North West London Integrated Care Board is seeking an experienced Clinician to lead our population health management efforts, working closely with local partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to drive transformational change and improve health outcomes for our community.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of population health management, leveraging your expertise to drive quality improvement and promote best practices throughout the system.

You'll be responsible for leading a systematic evidence-based approach to quality improvement within a NWL borough, collaborating with the NWL Clinical Lead for Clinical Effectiveness and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:
  • Practising primary care clinician in North West London with relevant leadership experience
  • Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) and ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
