Job Summary:

Clinique is seeking a talented Counter Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels valued, respected, and connected.
  • Drive sales through effective product knowledge, recommendations, and promotions.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about beauty and has a strong desire to learn and grow. You will have:

  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience
  • A desire to understand your client's skin and make-up goals to confidentially recommend custom-fit routines.
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, get to know them and understand their needs to best cater to them
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
