Clinique - Counter Manager - Boots - 30 Hours

Job Overview:

Clinique is seeking a talented Counter Manager to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service, building strong relationships with clients and understanding their skin and makeup goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Clinique products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a visually appealing shopping environment through effective visual merchandising and store displays.
  • Support the development of the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience
  • A passion for beauty and a desire to understand client skin and makeup goals
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
