Job Description:
The Organizational Development Manager will oversee and monitor employee training initiatives and succession planning, ensuring a smooth development process. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a site training and development plan & budget to drive mandatory training and internal development initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in either a Learning and Development/Training Role and intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes benefits such as health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
