We are a new hotel opening in Hoxton, London, offering a unique blend of art, culture, and hospitality. Our hotel promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, and two Banksy originals preserved and on public display.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team. As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the housekeeping department, supervising and mentoring Room Attendants, and empowering the team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure an efficient operation of the housekeeping department, including team briefings and guest bedroom and public area checks.
- Supervise and mentor Room Attendants, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Empower the team to provide exceptional guest experiences, listening to their needs and adapting to meet them.
- Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members, sharing our values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, and Care.
