Job Overview

Job Summary: Agile Loop is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Researcher to lead our AI-driven initiatives and drive innovation in AI research and development.

About the Role:

  • Lead and oversee AI research projects focused on enhancing our Large Action Model (LAM) technology, driving innovation and developing cutting-edge AI models that power our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI research into our products, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Develop and implement AI research strategies, methodologies, and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and drive business growth.
  • Publish research findings in top-tier journals and conferences, positioning Agile Loop as a leader in AI research and development.
  • Mentor and guide a team of AI researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • PhD or equivalent experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field, with a strong research background and a passion for innovation.
  • Proven experience leading AI research projects with real-world applications, with a strong publication record in reputable AI journals and conferences.
  • Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar, with a strong understanding of AI research methodologies and technologies.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of AI researchers.
  • Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and pushing the boundaries of AI research and development.
