Project Officer - Wetland Habitat Restoration

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Officer to join our team at Caerlaverock Nature Reserve. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the Wilder, Wetter Caerlaverock project, a pioneering initiative to restore wetland habitats across the reserve.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate the project's habitat restoration activities, working closely with our team of experts to ensure the successful implementation of the project's objectives. This will involve collaborating with contractors, graziers, and other stakeholders to achieve our goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of working on similar landscape-scale habitat restoration projects, with a focus on practical habitat management and monitoring. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, volunteers, and external partners.
