We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join our team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Work independently to treat allocated clients, triaged or assessed by registered practitioners, and provide interventions with clients who have more complex needs.
- Undertake holistic functional assessments with clients, defining individual goals, and plan, initiate, modify, and complete therapy programmes, evaluating outcomes achieved and discharging clients when appropriate.
- Provide physical support, including positioning, moving, and handling, functional activity, advice, motivation, and training to individuals, their carers, and relatives.
- Develop, modify, and evaluate resources and ways of working in line with outcome results, client satisfaction, and current research.

We are looking for candidates with a foundation degree in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with therapy experience, and significant experience working with people in a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment. A higher education certificate or diploma and further qualifications in relevant areas are desirable.
