About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for leading the provision of care services at our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor your team, delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient running of the care home.
  • Carry out assessments, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each of our residents.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in care management, with experience of leading multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments. You will also need to have a Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or be willing to study for one.
