About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at A&P Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize facility performance.
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and manage maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Deputize for the Department Manager in their absence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a marine or heavy industrial environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to maintenance issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Demonstrable organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload.
