Job Title: HR & Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Officer to join our team at a large, well-organised school in Brent. The successful candidate will work closely with the School Business Manager to support the effective management of school administrative systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the School Business Manager in monitoring and reviewing school systems and procedures
  • Undertake other professional duties as delegated by the Headteacher
  • Manage admissions, pupil attendance, staff attendance, finance, data management, orders, and general administration
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience working in a school office
  • Extremely organised in administration
  • Friendly and calm approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

This is a contract basis initially, but the school is looking for a long-term cover. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and broad education environment, with a dedicated leadership team and good opportunities for training and development.

Please note that we are only able to accept applications from administrators with a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a school office.
