About the Job
  • Working in void and tenanted properties.
  • Carrying out fault fixing, construction, and maintenance duties.
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained and in good condition.
  • Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of works.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 qualification in a core subject (carpentry/plumbing/electrical).
  • NVQ Level 3 if Plumbing is the relevant qualification.
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety Regulations.
  • Full UK driver's license.
