Role Overview

As a Pensions Knowledge Development Lawyer, you will play a key role in maintaining cutting-edge legal expertise in pensions and keeping the team and clients up to date with the latest developments.

  • Support Strategic Objectives: Develop and maintain key precedents, support knowledge management initiatives, and assist with know-how systems.
  • Legal Training: Organize and deliver training sessions, develop materials, and ensure access for all relevant practice groups.
  • Client-Facing Activities: Draft legal updates, coordinate seminars, and engage in thought leadership to proactively communicate relevant legal developments to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other practice groups, the Business Development team, and junior members to enhance client service and support cross-departmental training.
Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced Pensions Solicitor or Pensions PSL/KDL with a solid background gained at a Top 200 or international City law firm.

  • Requirements: 8+ PQE, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for knowledge sharing, innovation, and staying updated on legal trends.
