Civils Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to lead our natural resources projects in the North of England. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working with organisations such as the Water Authority, Environment Agency, and Coal Authority.
The successful candidate will possess strong commercial awareness, particularly around the NEC ECC form of contract, and demonstrate astuteness in the Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) process. Knowledge of behavioural-based safety practices and a safety-first approach to site management is essential.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing and overseeing civil engineering projects in the natural resources sector.
- Ensuring commercial management of the project, with a strong understanding of the NEC ECC contract and CVR process.
- Leading project teams to deliver on-time, within budget, and to high standards of quality and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the natural resources sectors, ideally water. They will also have extensive experience with NEC ECC contracts and commercial management.
