Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and show them to their table in a timely manner.
- Manage the waiting list and seating plan to minimize wait times and ensure a smooth service.
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area, including the hostess stand and restrooms.
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations efficiently.
- Provide guests with information about our menu, promotions, and services.
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Monitor table turnover and communicate availability to servers.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
