We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Producer to join our global production team at Jellyfish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality productions that meet the creative vision of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgets and cost negotiations for productions exceeding €500k
  • Oversee business affairs, including legal clearances, insurance, and usage rights
  • Provide regular updates and forecasting in tracking documents
  • Ensure paperwork is consolidated and completed during and after each shoot
  • Finalize reconciliations, including archiving
  • Ensure team compliance with necessary policies
  • Attend on-set shoots approximately 40% of the time, traveling globally as needed
  • Uphold and enforce high-quality standards for all deliverables
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure the success of each production
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in cross-media production (print, digital, and TV)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience with marketing industries, processes, and communication channels
  • Understanding of production trends, costs, and ways of working
  • Ability to seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes
