Job Title: Brand Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Producer to join our team. As a key member of our global production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality productions that meet the creative vision and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgets and cost negotiations for productions exceeding €500k
  • Oversee business affairs, including legal clearances, insurance, and usage rights
  • Provide ongoing updates and forecasting in tracking documents
  • Ensure paperwork is consolidated and completed during and after each shoot
  • Finalize reconciliations, including archiving
  • Ensure team compliance with necessary policies
  • Attend on-set shoots approximately 40% of the time, traveling globally sometimes at short notice
  • Uphold and enforce high-quality standards for all deliverables
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure the success of each production
  • Provide regular progress updates and escalate as necessary
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in cross-media (print, digital, and TV) shoot production
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Experience with marketing industries, processes, and communication channels
  • Understanding of production trends, costs, and ways of working
  • Ability to seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes
  • Collaborative problem-solving skills with stakeholders
