As a result, we're seeking a highly skilled UK Sales Representative (Home Based) to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
This is a remote role, offering flexibility and autonomy in managing key accounts and building strong customer relationships. As a key player in driving outside sales activities, you will represent our company's interests and foster long-term business relationships. You will focus on identifying prospects, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance sales performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven individual with strong engineering and sales expertise, capable of managing a portfolio of key accounts across the UK.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop new leads and collaborate with the sales and business development teams to grow the customer base.
  2. Manage and nurture relationships with prospective key accounts, influencing new business opportunities.
  3. Work autonomously from home, managing your schedule and client engagements.
  4. Manage a portfolio of 10 to 20 key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and performance.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to work independently, hit the ground running, and manage multiple key accounts.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in outside sales, preferably within the HVAC or related industries.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
