Job Overview: Mitchell Maguire is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to focus on promoting our range of sanitaryware and brassware products to consultants, contractors, and architects.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating deals to secure sales. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the industry, with experience in selling high-quality building products to specifiers and end-users.

You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To promote our sanitaryware and brassware products to consultants, contractors, and architects.
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • To negotiate deals and secure sales.
  • To work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of the building products industry.
  • Experience in selling sanitaryware and brassware products to specifiers and end-users.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
