**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical Services Technician to support our team in delivering exceptional building services solutions across various market sectors. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of asset management principles and maintenance techniques, as well as excellent planning and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Carry out reactive tasks assigned via the Help Desk, achieving SLAs set by the Contract Manager
- Conduct PPM in a timely fashion, adhering to daily procedures
- Maintain stock levels, ordering required stock as needed
- Complete work-related documentation accurately and on time
- Comply with company Risk Assessments & Method Statements
- Participate in emergency on-call service as required
- Assist Contract Manager with Sub-Contractor management and monitoring

**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Formal technical education in Electrical discipline to ONC level or equivalent, with at least 3 years relevant experience in FM or building services maintenance
- Alternatively, an experienced tradesperson with at least 5 years post-apprenticeship experience in their trade and 5 years relevant experience in FM or building services maintenance
- Ability to conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner, pass Enhanced DBS checks, and maintain confidentiality

**Benefits Package:**
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, company van, premium overtime rates, standby payments, and more.
