Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd. As a key member of our Mental Health Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional mental health care through our innovative "Hub and Spoke" model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Mental Health Act (MHA) Assessments
  • Lead practitioner for referrals, triaging and prioritizing cases based on risk
  • Collaborate closely with Crisis Teams, general acute hospitals, Sussex Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAMB), and acute in-patient units
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes through regular training and supervision
