About the Job

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to provide support in our recruitment and onboarding processes. This role is part of the People & Talent Team and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for collaborating with the Talent Manager to improve and maintain hiring processes, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining our ATS.

You'll need to have proven experience in talent acquisition, knowledge of sourcing on LinkedIn recruiter, and experience with diary management and recruiting software. You'll also need to be comfortable speaking to Senior/Exec level individuals and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
  • Collaborating closely with the Talent Manager to improve and maintain hiring processes
  • Sourcing for either Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support & Data roles
  • Undertaking administrative duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters, gathering metrics for Exec presentations)
  • Helping in presenting weekly and monthly recruitment metrics from ATS to the wider team or when requested Ad hoc
  • Preparing and posting job ads Sourcing candidates and maintaining candidate pool
  • Assisting with resume screening, gathering feedback and initial phone screens
  • Scheduling interviews, providing diary management for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Ensuring the candidate database & ATS are maintained Manage ATS automations and reporting Responding to recruitment queries and speculative applications (ATS, email, LinkedIn etc)
  • Writing and distributing offer letters & contracts in collaboration with Operations Liaising with wider People Team to assist with new hire onboarding
